This policy explains how IPTV Canada ("we") handles personal information for iptvca.ca.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address and, if you give one, a WhatsApp number. We also record which device you told us you watch on, so we can send the right setup guide.
- When you request a trial or use a form: the fields you fill in on that form.
- When you pay: the reference or transaction ID of your payment. We do not see or store card numbers — manual methods such as Interac e-Transfer and bank transfer are handled by your own bank.
- Automatically: the country your request came from and your browser's user agent string, attached to your order for fraud checks.
What we do not collect
We do not log which channels or titles you watch, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
Why we collect it
To create and activate your subscription, to send your credentials and renewal reminders, to answer your support messages, to check payments, and to meet our own record-keeping obligations.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting. Lead and contact form submissions are kept until they are dealt with and then periodically cleared. Your subscription credentials are stored encrypted.
Who else sees it
Only the services we need to run the site: our hosting provider, our email provider, and the payment services you choose to use. Each sees only what it needs.
Cookies
The storefront sets a cookie only when you arrive through an affiliate link, so the referral can be credited. The admin area sets a session cookie for signed-in staff. Your cart and your dismissal of the top bar are kept in your own browser's storage and never sent to us.
Your choices
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm within a reasonable period. Deleting an active subscription's record ends the subscription.
Changes
If this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
