Cancellation & Refund Policy
How to cancel, and how the 30-day money-back guarantee works in practice.
Last updated: 1 September 2026.
Cancelling
There is nothing to cancel. Subscriptions do not renew automatically and we hold no payment details, so a subscription simply ends at the end of the term you paid for. If you would rather not receive the renewal reminder, tell support and we will stop it.
The 30-day money-back guarantee
If the service does not work for you, contact support within 30 days of activation. We will try to fix it first — most problems are a player setting, a device restart or a network issue, and are resolved in a few minutes. If we cannot get it working, you get a full refund.
What is covered
- The service does not start on any of your devices
- Persistent buffering that we cannot resolve and that is not caused by your own connection
- Repeated outages within the guarantee period
What is not covered
- A specific channel or title not being in the line-up, where you did not ask us about it before ordering — use the free trial to check the channels you care about
- An internet connection too slow for streaming, which our speed test will show before you buy
- Change of mind after the guarantee period
- Accounts terminated for a breach of the Terms & Conditions
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within one business day.
How the money comes back
Refunds go back by the method you paid with. Interac e-Transfer and PayPal usually arrive within a few business days; bank transfers can take longer. Cryptocurrency refunds are sent in the same coin, to an address you give us, at the amount originally received in that coin — exchange-rate movement between payment and refund is not covered.
Partial terms
After the guarantee period we do not refund unused time, but if you have a genuine problem we would still rather hear about it than lose you. Contact support.
