What you need
Four things before you start — most people already have all of them.
Your login details
The credentials email sent after activation contains your server address, username and password (Xtream codes) and an M3U link. Trial users receive the same details.
A stable internet connection
We recommend 15 to 25 Mbps for FHD and 35 Mbps or more for 4K. Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi beats 2.4 GHz. Not sure? Run the [speed test](/iptv-speed-test).
A player app
Any standard IPTV player works: IPTV Smarters Pro, TiviMate, XCIPTV, Smart IPTV, IBO Player or the built-in portal on MAG and Formuler boxes. Each guide names the easiest option for that device.
Five minutes
Install, sign in, let the channel list and program guide load once, and you are watching. Save your login in a notes app so you can set up a second device later.
Installation questions
The problems people run into during setup, and how to fix them.
Xtream codes or M3U — which should I use?
Use Xtream codes (server address, username, password) whenever your player offers it: the channel list, on-demand library and program guide load faster and update automatically. Use the M3U link for players that only accept playlists, such as some Smart TV apps or VLC. Both are in your credentials email, and our converter switches between them.
The app says "invalid login" or "account expired".
Check for extra spaces or auto-capitalised letters — usernames and passwords are case sensitive. Make sure the server address includes the port exactly as written in your email. If it still fails, message support with your order number and the name of the app you are using.
Channels buffer or freeze every few seconds.
Run the speed test first. If speed is fine, switch from Wi-Fi to Ethernet or to the 5 GHz band, close other apps downloading in the background, and try the HD feed of the same channel instead of FHD. In the player, set the decoder to hardware or software and test again. Peak-time slowdowns from your ISP are also common in the evening; a VPN can help if your provider throttles video.
The program guide (EPG) is empty.
The first EPG load can take a few minutes after login. Then check that the player's EPG source is set to the URL from your credentials email and that the time zone in the app matches your device. Refreshing the EPG from the settings menu fixes most cases.
Can I install the same login on several devices?
Yes — install on as many devices as you like. The number of screens in your plan limits how many can stream at the same time, not how many have the app set up.
Do I need a VPN?
No, the service works without one. Some subscribers use a VPN if their internet provider slows down video traffic at peak times. Choose a Canadian server for the best speed if you do.
