General
How the service works, devices, channels and support.
What is IPTV and how does it work?
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television) delivers live TV channels and on-demand video over your regular internet connection instead of a cable, satellite or antenna signal. You install a player app on your Smart TV, Firestick, phone or computer, sign in with the login details we email you, and the channels appear in a guide just like cable — with 27,000+ channels, 90,000+ movies and series, and 72-hour catch-up.
Which devices can I watch on?
Almost anything with a screen and an internet connection: Samsung and LG Smart TVs, Android TV and Google TV, Amazon Firestick and Fire TV Cube, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad, Apple TV, MAG boxes, Formuler and BuzzTV boxes, and Windows or Mac computers. Step-by-step guides for each device are on our installation page.
How fast does my internet need to be?
About 10 Mbps for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K, per screen that streams at the same time. Most Canadian home plans easily exceed this. What matters more than raw speed is stability: a wired Ethernet cable or a strong 5 GHz Wi-Fi signal to your TV avoids buffering. You can measure your real speed with our free speed test.
How long does activation take after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed, credentials are emailed within 3 minutes to 6 hours. Interac and USDT payments are usually confirmed the fastest. You can also see the status of your order at any time on your order page, which is linked in the confirmation email.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Request one on the trial page and we email you 24-hour trial credentials, usually within a few hours during support hours. The trial has the full channel list and on-demand library, so you can test picture quality and your favourite channels on your own device before ordering.
Can I watch on more than one device at the same time?
Yes. Each plan comes with 1, 2, 3 or 4 screens (simultaneous connections). You can install the app on as many devices as you like; the screen count only limits how many are streaming at the same moment. A 1-screen plan works on your TV and your phone, just not both at once. Compare plans on the pricing page.
What is catch-up TV and how far back does it go?
Catch-up lets you replay a program that already aired, straight from the guide, for up to 72 hours on supported channels. It is ideal for games that finished late, shows you missed, or the time-zone gap between the East Coast and BC. In most apps, channels with catch-up show a small clock or replay icon.
Are movies and series included?
Yes. Every plan includes the full on-demand library — around 60,000+ movies and 20,000+ series with new releases and full seasons, in English, French and many other languages. Content is organized by category and searchable in the app; most titles have subtitles.
Does it have a TV guide (EPG)?
Yes. The electronic program guide shows what is on now and next for Canadian, US and most international channels, in your local time zone. Apps such as IPTV Smarters and TiviMate display a full grid guide, let you set favourites and, with TiviMate, even schedule recordings.
What if I need help with setup?
Our support team is available 24/7 by email at [email protected] and on WhatsApp. Most setup questions are answered in minutes, and we can walk you through installation on any device. The installation guides also cover the common troubleshooting steps.
What picture quality can I expect?
Most channels are available in HD and Full HD, with a growing 4K section for sports and premium channels. Streams use adaptive quality, so a 4K TV on a fast wired connection gets the best picture, while a phone on mobile data automatically uses less bandwidth. Uptime over the last year has been 99.9%.
Is this legal in Canada?
We provide access to our streaming platform and its technical service; you are responsible for complying with the regulations that apply where you live. Our terms and conditions describe the service in detail. If you have questions about your situation, we recommend seeking independent advice.
Pricing and payment
Plans, screens, Interac e-Transfer, activation and refunds.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Interac e-Transfer (the fastest option for Canadian customers), cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT on TRC20, Ethereum), bank transfer and PayPal, depending on what is enabled at checkout. After you place an order you receive exact payment instructions, and you can submit your payment reference on the order page so we can confirm it faster.
How do I renew my subscription?
Simply order the same plan again a few days before your expiry date using the same email address, and we extend your existing login instead of creating a new one — nothing to reinstall. We email a reminder before your plan expires. There is no auto-billing and no contract; you renew when you choose to.
What is your refund policy?
Plans of 6 and 12 months come with a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the service does not work on your device and our support cannot fix it, we refund you. We also encourage everyone to use the free trial first. Full details are in our cancellation policy.
Are there discounts or promo codes?
Longer terms are the biggest saving: 12 months costs about a third of paying month to month. New customers can use the code WELCOME10 at checkout for 10% off, and referral links from our affiliates also apply a discount automatically. Only one discount applies per order.
How does multi-screen pricing work?
Prices are per plan, not per device. A 2-screen plan costs less than two separate subscriptions and lets two devices stream at the same time under one login. Choose the number of screens on the pricing page; the monthly equivalent is shown under each plan.
Are there any hidden fees or equipment rentals?
No. The price you see is the full price in Canadian dollars. There is no activation fee, no equipment rental and no contract. You use a device you already own (or a $40 Firestick), and taxes are not added at checkout.
Can I upgrade to more screens or a longer term later?
Yes. Contact support with your order number and we will quote the difference for the remaining time on your plan, or you can simply order the new plan and we merge the remaining days into it. Upgrading never requires reinstalling the app.
Are prices in Canadian dollars?
Yes, every price on the site is in CAD and you pay in CAD by Interac, bank transfer or PayPal. Crypto payments are converted at the live exchange rate when you place your order, and that rate is locked for 60 minutes so you know exactly how much to send.
Reseller program
Credits, panels, pricing and support for resellers.
How do reseller credits work?
One credit equals one month of service for one customer line. A 12-month subscription for one of your customers costs you 12 credits; you charge the customer whatever price you set. Credits are bought in packs of 10, 25, 50 or 100 and never expire while your reseller account is active.
What can I do in the reseller panel?
The panel lets you create new lines (Xtream or M3U), generate free trials, renew and extend existing lines, change screen counts, reset passwords and see the status of every customer. It works in any browser, including on your phone, and you can start delivering service within minutes of buying your first pack.
What margin can I make as a reseller?
With the 50-credit pack a month of service costs you $20, and the 100-credit pack brings it to $18. Most resellers sell 12-month plans between $80 and $120 CAD, so a single yearly sale can return $60 or more after cost. Use the calculator on the reseller page to model your own prices.
Who supports my customers?
You are the first line of support for your customers, which is why the panel gives you full control over their lines. Behind you, our reseller support team is available 24/7 on WhatsApp and email for technical issues, channel requests and panel questions, with priority handling for 50- and 100-credit resellers.
Is there a minimum purchase to become a reseller?
The smallest pack is 10 credits ($250 CAD). There is no monthly minimum after that; buy more credits whenever you need them. Many resellers start with 10 credits to test the panel and the quality with a few customers before moving to the 50-credit pack.
Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. Your customers never see our name: lines are created from the panel with a neutral server address, and you can use any player app, your own website and your own pricing. We do not contact your customers directly.
Can I offer free trials to prospects?
Yes. The panel generates 24-hour trial lines at no credit cost, within a fair-use limit that scales with your pack size. Trials are the most effective way to close a sale, so we recommend offering one to every prospect.
How do I pay for credit packs?
Credit packs are bought through the normal checkout with Interac e-Transfer, crypto (USDT is popular with resellers for its speed), bank transfer or PayPal. Credits are added to your panel as soon as payment is confirmed, typically within an hour.
